As mum and dad are gg to grandma's place, so bro n i den decides to cook dinner on our own. We found recipes on the net and cooked mashed potato, kimchi fried rice n koreand style chicken drumnettes. Haha... Din expect the food to turn out nice, as it is our first time using recipes from internet. However, we crossed our finger n prayed hard tt it will work, else we are gg to hav a rather horrible dinner.

As mum wanted to try the the mashed potato, thus we did a set b4 i go for my piano lesson. We used yellow potatoes which was nt suitable, thus had a hard time trying to the mashed up the potatoes. If i knew earlier tt the white potatoes are better, i would hav bought it. Learnt a new thing today. White potatoes are good for mashed potatoes and the yellow ones are good for cooking curry.

Started making dinner when i came home from piano lesson. Started out preparing all the ingredients and cooked the fried rice first. As i was afraid to dirty my book, i placed it on top of the cabinets in the kitchen. It crashed on my bro's head twice! Haha...



The fried rice was rather easy to cook. As the ingredient are only kimchi, ham, pepper, salt and cooked rice. As most of the ingredient are already ready cooked thus did not have the case of the food still being raw after i remove it from the stove. However, this 2 plates of fried rice used up my whole bottle of kimchi. OMG!!! There goes my new bottle of kimchi. Haiz... '

My bro did the korean style chicken drumnettes while i was busy trying to crushed the corn flake for the fried mashed potatoes. The chicken drumnettes were rather easy though. Haha... All the details of the sauces to b used are all specify clearly, thus it turn out veri veri nice!!!! Haha... Here are some picture of my bro while he is cooking. Haha... We did the mashed potatoes after that, but it looks horrible, as we try to dip the mashed potato into egg and crushed cornflakes. Yucks!! it taste like harshbrown after frying, but it looks veri veri different from it. Haha... It looks gross! After which, we started clearing up the mess that we had created in the kitchen. Haha... Show some picture of the mess we created. Haha... Jus realised how many plates we have used jus to do 3 dishes. Haiz...

Last but not least the final product of our hardwork! Haha. A sumptous dinner!

The frame maker sent us back our Van gogh puzzle!! Here's the picture of it!! Haha... Other than that, also the picture of the waterfall puzzle that was done about 2 weeks ago.
