It's been 2 wks (or more??) since of holiday on the cruise. Haha... Nw i'm only blogging abt it after 21 days. Haha... Jus simply too lazy to blog. Haha... Have nt been online for a long time. Haha...

Board the cruise at ard 3 plus in the afternoon. Wah. The q to board the ship was super duper long!! Had to q for a long time b4 boarding. Yea. Gonna hav fun on the Superstar Virgo. The ship is really huge! The total capacity was 1960 and all the cabins had been fully booked! Wow. We stayed on deck 11. It is very very near to the other facilities. As the buffet restaurant, swimming pool, lounge, activity centre etc are all on deck 12. Took part in the emergency drill on board b4 the ship set sail. After which, spent my time exploring the ship and played at the arcade. Watched ice age 2 at The picture hse and a Shaolin show at The Lido. Wanted to stay up late, but my bro n i had no place to go after 11pm due to age limit. Haiz...

Reached Penang at noon. Left the ship on smaller size boats to go on a shopping spree. Hee... We signed up for the shopping tour! Hee... Bought some gifts from the shopping centres. We only return to the ship at ard 5pm. Had BBQ dinner out at the pool side. Food was nice! Explore ard for a bit and watched the magic show "Abracadabra" by Zee denack and the show " Beyond Broadway" a production by the ship crew themselves. The magic show is nice as it was funnie, as the magician told jokes and make fun of the audience that he invite on the stage.

The ship reached Phuket at 8am. As we had signed up for a tour to go for carabet show, thus we took the small boat out again. (Mum n dad found out tt the boats are actually lowered down from the cruise itself.) When on tour to visit some temple and had a Thai lunch! Bro n i challenge each other by adding chilli padi to our tom yam soup. Haha... So fun.

When to watch the carabet show after lunch. It was nice. The performers were quite pretty. They look feminine but they are actually males who had injected hormones into themselves. Without hearing them speak, you would nt hav guessed tt they are males. After watching the show and hearing the tour guide speak abt them, i felt rather sad. As according to the tour guide, these performers usually only live up to ard 40 years old and their beauty fades at ard 25 years old (look the best at 12 or 13). I felt tt it is a high price that they pay for gaining acceptance in the society and not be an outcast that is shun and pinpoint at, by others. By injecting hormones to change their look, they jus wish gain acceptance for their feminine behaviour, but yet these comes with a price of a short life span. On the other hand, they are really worth mentioning as they are actually willing to sacrifice their life span jus to pursue the things that they really want, despite the grave consequences. Despite the short life span, I guess they really did lead a fulfilling life.

After returning to the ship, had the Gala dinner at the Belle Vista restaurant. Went for the cocktail b4 dinner. Took a glass of yellow liquid assuming tt it was champagne, but it turn out to be beer. Oh dear, it really stink and it is so bitter. I only drank a bit, but bro drank half of it! Haha... During the dinner, mum, bro n i drank cocktail. it was called Singapore Sling. Haha... Rather nice taste. Hee... (It consist of martini). Bro and I ordered garden salad as our apertizer and guess wad, the salad dressing consist of champagne. Wad a night! Alcohol night?? Haha... Anyway i drank slightly more than half a cup of cocktail, as i'm nt sure whether i'm allergic to it. Bro finished it! Haha... Guess wad? Bro n i when arcade to drive! Drink n drive. Haha... (Don't worry i'm nt drunk. I din vomit, no rashes, din do crazy things. Was even able to play monopoly and read. Haha...)

A whole day onboard the ship. Learned to play basic majong. When out to view the sea. Ate lotsa cakes n pastries! Haha... Nothing much to do, din get to c the casino. When onto deck 13 to feel the seabreeze. It was very very very very windy! Haha... Ship arrived in Singapore at 7pm. Wad a great holiday filled with lotsa of first time. (1st time drinking so much alcohol, first time seeing the beautiful sunset out at sea, first time waking up and nt being able to see any land, first time playing majong...)

Thurs:

Aunt msg me today to tell me that she bought the blue kitty brick from Macdonald for me ! Yea! One more item into the collection. Haha... Went out at 10 wif bro, to buy wrapping paper, christmas cards and eat lunch. Haha... Ate macdonald's Happie meal and i got the yellow kitty brick. Haha... Told Wingki abt it, she can go n hav her whole set now. ( She gt one from Hong Kong in June). Wanna tell Kylie went she is back from China. She will definately go and collect. Haha...

The yellow kitty brick and a light bulb kitty ! Haha... Gonna hav the blue one soon ! Haha...

My little pinkie is ok nw! Finally gg to do practical now! Yea!

Count down to cruise: 2 more days!

Wed:

While bro was out in the afternoon for table tennis training, i read the whole day. Finished the book that i renewal. Nice story! Love books that would affect my emotions. Haha...

Tue:

Watched Dae Jang Geum again on DVD whole morning. Haha... While also happily eating the candy stick. The show is nice despite the fact that i had watched it b4.

Stayed at home to pack my books, so that i can shift my stuff into the new book cabinet when it comes on wed. Din realise that within a year, i actually accumulate so much rubbish, dust and waste paper. Haha... With all this, I think that I had killed many trees. Haha... My bro has lotsa of unwanted books too. Haha... Looking forward to the new cabinet. Haha...

The large amount of rubbish that was being thrown away after i clear my book shelf ! Haha...

So sad. I'm gg to throw away this model of a flat that was used for my PW presentation. it took my 4 or 5 dayes to make ! Haiz...

Mon:

When to Pasir ris library to borrow books. Haha... Borrowed 8 books ( can double loans during school holidays ) and got a pink carrier free. Jus nice for me to carry those heavy books home. Haha...

Was extrememly bored today. No tv shows to watch thus i decided to do a veri veri crazy activity. I hunt down all the hello kitty merchandise that I could find and arrange them together and took photos of it. Wow. I din realise that i had so many hello kitty things till now. Haha... As all the things are place in different places, thus i din notice that i had so many of them. Haha... Will post the photos that i had took. Haha...

Sat:

As mum and dad are gg to grandma's place, so bro n i den decides to cook dinner on our own. We found recipes on the net and cooked mashed potato, kimchi fried rice n koreand style chicken drumnettes. Haha... Din expect the food to turn out nice, as it is our first time using recipes from internet. However, we crossed our finger n prayed hard tt it will work, else we are gg to hav a rather horrible dinner.

As mum wanted to try the the mashed potato, thus we did a set b4 i go for my piano lesson. We used yellow potatoes which was nt suitable, thus had a hard time trying to the mashed up the potatoes. If i knew earlier tt the white potatoes are better, i would hav bought it. Learnt a new thing today. White potatoes are good for mashed potatoes and the yellow ones are good for cooking curry.

Started making dinner when i came home from piano lesson. Started out preparing all the ingredients and cooked the fried rice first. As i was afraid to dirty my book, i placed it on top of the cabinets in the kitchen. It crashed on my bro's head twice! Haha...

The fried rice was rather easy to cook. As the ingredient are only kimchi, ham, pepper, salt and cooked rice. As most of the ingredient are already ready cooked thus did not have the case of the food still being raw after i remove it from the stove. However, this 2 plates of fried rice used up my whole bottle of kimchi. OMG!!! There goes my new bottle of kimchi. Haiz... '

My bro did the korean style chicken drumnettes while i was busy trying to crushed the corn flake for the fried mashed potatoes. The chicken drumnettes were rather easy though. Haha... All the details of the sauces to b used are all specify clearly, thus it turn out veri veri nice!!!! Haha... Here are some picture of my bro while he is cooking. Haha... So unfair i b came his photographer. Haiz...

We did the mashed potatoes after that, but it looks horrible, as we try to dip the mashed potato into egg and crushed cornflakes. Yucks!! it taste like harshbrown after frying, but it looks veri veri different from it. Haha... It looks gross! After which, we started clearing up the mess that we had created in the kitchen. Haha... Show some picture of the mess we created. Haha... Jus realised how many plates we have used jus to do 3 dishes. Haiz...

Last but not least the final product of our hardwork! Haha. A sumptous dinner!

The frame maker sent us back our Van gogh puzzle!! Here's the picture of it!! Haha... Other than that, also the picture of the waterfall puzzle that was done about 2 weeks ago.

Tue: 2nd day of E cube training.
E cube training was rather boring. Haiz... Such a waste of time. Hee... Should have stayed at home to finish up my puzzle. Hee... Anyway, the advertising part of the whole course was the best part le, cos get to draw and design and watch nice advertisement. Nonetheless i regret gg. Haha... Should have saved that $20 like Jasmine. Worse of all, we were ask to do a survey and write a page of reflection. Gonna write stuff that are politically correct, since i nid to write my name on it. Haha... Guess that's human's natural behaviour.

Wed:
My juniors' prom tonight. Haha... Hope they have fun in it. (Hwee kee: I wanna c ur prom photos!! Haha... )Got to know that the planned outing wif my choir juniors was cancelled. Haiz. Therefore, I planned to cook on thurs, jus for the fun of it. Haha... Thus, i went online to research for recipes that seems nice. Found the recipes for kimchi fried rice, korean style chicken drumnettes, and fried potato balls. Haha... Haven tried cooking them yet, thus nt sure whether those online recipes will work a not. So excited! I wanna go supermarket and buy the ingredients to cook!!!

Finished my Van Gogh puzzle today. Yea!!!! Finally!!! Haha... It's so nice. Gonna put up a photo of the puzzle once it come back from the framing studio.

Thurs:
Sad news early in the morning... Mum cooked lunch! Haiz... Cant cook le! Nonetheless, Bro n i went interchange after breakfast. Went to library to return books and then we went to TM's supermarket to shop. I remembered to bring along a $1 coin, so we took a trolley, so tt we do not need to carry the groceries ard while we are shopping. Bought lotsa stuff. Hee... Other than those listed on the recipe, we bought extra sausages (The chicken vienna sausages sold at the counter is very very nice!!!!), taco making kit, Vegetable peeler (Bro threw away th old one wif the potato skins. Haiz...), Sparkling red grape juice ( Wanna buy wine that is a mixture of alcohol n sparkling juice, but wad a pity we r nt 18 yrs yet. Nvm, soon... 3 mth n 13 days more! ). Din manage to get my christmas walking stick candy. Haiz... Saw NTUC selling toaster oven. Only cost 20 plus for one. Thought sharing money wif bro to buy one, den can cook pizza, biscuit, baked rice etc!!!

The framing studio owner came to pick up our puzzle. Framing it up. According to the the person, we should do a thicker frame, so that it would look nicer. Gonna know the price for framing tmr.

Fri:
Help mum to make Konnyaku jelly today. Haha... Made blue ones and colourless ones. Haha. I've gt 64 small ones and a few big ones. My mum bringing some of the jellies to her workplace to let her colleages eat. I giving some to my uncle in malaysia too, since my parents gg into malaysia tmr. Not much left. Haha... So good. I'm rather sick of eating it.

The framer called today. The framing cost $70. OMG, so expensive. Haiz... Wonder when will the puzzle be ready for collection.

Extension of the phantom of opera's show season. Haha... Wah. Indeed a popular musical. I'm so excited. Cant wait to watch it. Haha... Extend all the way to 29th April!!

Miss playing the piano. Tried playing with my little pinkie but it felt weird, as if like still can feel the presence of the wound. Haiz... Dearest pinkie, pls get well soon! I bored of doing theory!!!
