Had a great day on the eve of NDP. So excited over NDP. Went out to sell flag. Haha... The sticker were so colourful n nice. It's a bit big though. haha... It is actualli a compeitition thus 0605 mus win!! haha... We went around looking for clues to fill up our contest qns and also asking for donations. Jus discover tt it is easier to get donations if we stand out supermarkets and banks cos ppl jus took out their wallet. Other then that, ppl jus gt lose change from paying for grocery. Anyway, despite our stickers ran out, we still continue to ask for donations from the public. However, there was an old man who lectured us saying tt we dun hav stickers already yet still ask for donation. This is so ridiculous. It's onli 40 cents? ppl donate $2 also nvr complain. haiz... Anyway, i dun care... haha... Had a great time. My first time selling flag. Anyway, my class won $30 Swensen voucher for the compeition. YEA!!
Went for dinner wif Kylie, after which we walk over to marina bay (The Merlion statue there). The bridge tt connects Esplanade to the Merlion garden was filled up went we headed towards the Merlion garden. Found an empty space b side the Merlion n sat down to wait for the firewrork show tt would b starting at 9 pm. We sat there chit chatting n admiring the night scenery of S'pore river for abt 2 hours b4 the show start. The fireworks was magnificent. It followed the NDP songs's rhythm and atmosphere. Everyone cheered as one firework after another appeared on the dark sky.
Slept at 3.30 am thus end up waking up at 10 plus on National day. Went out after which to watch movie. Watched " Lady in the water" at the Toa Payoh Entertainment centre. After which went home to watch the live telecast of NDP on tv. Played wif the aroma fragrance essence. Haha... Lavender essence while i slept. COOL!!!
